For those of you have been keeping up, it’s no surprise that wedding season is definitely in full swing! May has been a busy month and we have had the pleasure fo working with so many amazing couples for their special days! One of our favorite in recent times was Kaitlyn & Blair’s wedding at Homewood in Asheville! In the past two years, Homewood has become our home away from home in terms of awesome venues in the area. This was our team’s second wedding there this year and what a day it was indeed! As many of you may know, we’ve had about a 3 week stretch of what seems like non-stop rain and it definitely came down a little bit on Kaitlyn and Blair’s big day, but thankfully it rained at just the right times and stopped at just the right times! Thanks to the great timing, they were still able to have a beautiful outdoor ceremony…and a first look, and couples photos, and bridal party photos, pretty much everything!
By far the most memorable part of their wedding that stood out for us was the undeniable joy present on this beautiful occasion and we’re not just talking about the obvious connection between Kaitlyn and Blair. From getting ready with the bridal party to pre-wedding brews with the fellas, the laughs were plentiful, the inside jokes were uncensored and the anticipation made for a wonderful celebration amongst family and friends!
As their wedding reception started to come to an end, the dance floor showed no signs of slowing down and we were able to catch probably our favorite image of the entire day! Bride and groom completely lost in the moment, singing at the top of their lungs and enjoying every ounce of life. This is what is all about my friends and we couldn’t think of a better way to end this awesome day!
