Is it really 2019 already!? They say time flies when you’re having fun and I have to say we had A LOT of fun in 2018! We were blessed to have our busiest year yet and that means capturing a ton of amazing moments and being a part of so many special couples’ journeys! This past year it was 77 weddings & elopements with the help of our amazing team and sister company Balsam Mountain Photography! As you’ve probably seen in the news somewhere around Asheville, 2018 was one of the rainiest years on record and I think used our umbrellas every other wedding, so we’re hoping that trend changes for 2019! As we like to do to commemorate the past year, we will be posting one photo of every couple from every wedding/elopement! For the stat nerds like me, below you will find our ‘2018 by the numbers’ where we add some fun metric facts about the year! As always, we hope you enjoy and for the couples that chose for us and our team to be a part of your special day this past year, we can’t thank you enough for the trust and opportunity!

Of course this blog would not be complete without a HUGE thank you to our amazing teammates Joseph, Hannah, Jenny, Bryan, Jesse, and Regina! You all did amazing this year and continue to inspire us with your creativity and hard work!

We also wanted to give a shout out to all the wedding vendors we were blessed to work with this year as well! Even though we all have different 'jobs', we all share the same mission and we are grateful to have shared in that mission with you all this year!

Cheers 2018 and here's to making 2019 one of the best years yet!
