One of our favorite weddings and easily one of the most beautiful from this past year was Amanda and Dalton’s fall celebration at The Vineyards at Betty’s Creek! This is one of our favorite venues in WNC and easily one of the most beautiful! It is home to a variety of scenery that ranges from blue ridge mountain views, vineyards, and the perfect balance of rustic charm meets nature! During the fall that’s especially true and they had the perfect fall day for their wedding! We were extra pumped about this since these lovelys had a ton of fog for their sunrise mountain engagement. Despite the less than ideal whether on that day, they still crushed it and we had a ton of fun in the fall color!
And speaking of crushing it, we can’t tell this full story without also going back in time to Amanda’s gorgeous golden hour bridal session at The Loralei Inn! They are also an amazing mountain wedding venue in the WNC area!
Their wedding day was filled with elegant details from top to bottom as well as all of the other things you dream about for your big day. Great weather, ideal lighting, and vibrant fall color were just a few of the things on tap! By far our favorite part of their wedding day was their first look and the short time after. Beyond just being a beautiful setting and sharing a sweet moment, Amanda and Dalton also decided to do a private vow reading ceremony prior to the ceremony. These have become one of our favorite wedding trends in the past couple of years and we so hope it’s hear to stay! It’s such a good opportunity to say what you want to say without feeling any pressure reading your words in front of 150+ guests. For Amanda and Dalton’s day we did all of this and transitioned right into couples portraits! These two brought the chemistry and the fall color did the rest! The rest of the day was a fun celebrations with tons of belly laughs and some definite rug cutting on the dance floor! Big thanks to the band, Jackass Flats, those guys rocked!
