Parker Mill Fall Wedding : B + D

It’s no secret by now, we absolutely LOVE fall weddings! No matter if they are out west surrounded by beautiful Aspens or if we’re talking about all the vibrant fall colors we’re known for here in the Blue Ridge Mountains! One fall wedding in particular that stood out to us this year was Beverly and Diamonds beautiful wedding at The Parker Mill in Whittier, NC! We initially connected with Beverly and Diamond like most of our couples, via phone call but once we met her and Diamond in person at The Parker Mill’s vendor mixer event, we absolutely loved this couple! They were both just as sweet and genuine in person as they were on the phone and we seriously couldn’t wait for their big day! Beverly and Diamond’s wedding day was smack dab in the middle of October which is usually the safest bet for peak fall color in WNC.

When the day of their wedding finally arrived, the lush greenery had fully transitioned into a vibrant fall colored landscape making for the perfect setting for their wedding! Beyond the amazing landscape and scenery that The Parker Mill is known for, the overcast skies made every angle ideal for storytelling! We always leave every wedding positively impacted by the day’s event in some way and oftentimes it’s a moment, or a few words, a gesture, or maybe an emotional family member that you just didn’t expect. With Beverly and Diamond, it was the entirety of the day getting to bear witness to their love. Diamond from the moment you meet him is an absolute gentleman and never was that more apparent than any time he and Beverly were together. Their natural chemistry and playfulness made our our day super easy. From the their first look to golden hour on the mountaintop, there was never a dull moment with these two! They celebrated with their loved ones into the night and had one of the most epic rainy sparkler exits we can remember! Big congrats again to Beverly and Diamond and we hope you all enjoy following along!
